FreeSkill and these terms

FreeSkill operates https://freeskill.cc, a platform-curated library of reusable AI Skill instructions, templates, and supporting files. In these terms, "FreeSkill", "we", "us", and "our" mean the website operator, FreeSkill. Contact us at contact.skillvip@gmail.com.

These terms describe the rules for accessing the website, accounts, downloads, memberships, and related services. The Skill Use License at https://freeskill.cc/license explains permitted use of packages. The Privacy Policy at https://freeskill.cc/privacy explains our handling of personal information. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or download a package. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these terms under the law applicable to you. If acting for a business, you must be authorized to do so. Use your own Google account to sign in and provide accurate information. FreeSkill does not receive your Google password and does not grant website administration rights through ordinary Google sign-in.

Keep your Google account and FreeSkill session secure. Do not share, sell, or transfer your FreeSkill account or bypass account restrictions. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for protecting your devices; this does not exclude our responsibilities under applicable law.

Skill descriptions and compatibility

Read a Skill's description, supported tools, dependencies, installation steps, access rules, and version information before use. Skills generally contain instructions and resources; they are not executable installers or hosted AI services unless expressly described otherwise. Third-party software, AI tools, subscriptions, and usage charges are separate and are not supplied by a FreeSkill membership.

Demo Skills are previews and have no downloadable package unless a validated version is later published. We do not promise that a Skill works with every tool or future software version, or that using a Skill guarantees a particular result. We may correct descriptions and publish updates; availability and current download eligibility are shown on the website.

Downloads and use of packages

Your use of FreeSkill-owned packages is governed by the Skill Use License at https://freeskill.cc/license. It permits personal and commercial project use and modification, while restricting resale and public redistribution of reusable packages. Third-party material retains its own license. A lawful download grants use rights for that version; a preview or a saved or liked item does not grant download or redistribution rights.

Inspect a package before installing or following its instructions, and grant your AI tools only permissions needed for your task. Do not include secrets or confidential data in inputs unless you are authorized and your tool's handling of them is appropriate. You remain responsible for reviewing generated work and verifying rights in inputs and outputs.

Memberships, purchases, and current payment availability

Live payment processing is currently disabled. Displayed prices are informational until live checkout is enabled. Local or designated test orders do not represent money received and do not create production purchase rights. These terms do not authorize a charge or an automatic subscription.

Monthly membership provides the displayed 30-day access term and renews manually. There is no automatic renewal or automatic recurring charge in the current service. Eligible monthly and lifetime members can download member Skills by default, subject to the access rules shown for each Skill. An administrator may grant or revoke access without creating a payment. A lifetime membership has no scheduled membership expiry; it is not a guarantee that the operator or service will exist forever.

When individual purchases are enabled, a completed purchase grants access to the selected Skill and its subsequently published versions while available. Your account status, entitlement dates, and current Skill eligibility are checked on each download. Membership expiry or suspension can prevent new downloads; the use of previously lawfully downloaded versions is addressed separately in the Skill Use License.

Before enabling live purchases, we will publish the applicable checkout, payment-provider, cancellation, and refund information. We do not currently operate a live refund flow and do not promise a particular refund period here. Any non-excludable consumer rights continue to apply.

Acceptable use

Do not use FreeSkill or a Skill to break applicable law, infringe rights, commit fraud, distribute malicious software, access systems without permission, harass others, or disclose information you are not authorized to share. Do not evade download permissions, probe private accounts, scrape protected packages, overload the service, or manipulate activity counts. Do not impersonate FreeSkill or misrepresent a package's origin.

We may investigate misuse and restrict accounts or downloads where reasonably needed to protect users, rights holders, or the service. We may act immediately for serious abuse, unlawful conduct, or security risks. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and allow you to contact support about it.

Your content and feedback

You retain any rights you hold in your profile image, feedback, and other information you submit. You allow us to store, display, and process that information only as needed to provide the service, manage your account, and handle your request under the Privacy Policy. You must have permission to submit it. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Submitting a suggestion does not guarantee implementation, compensation, or a particular response time. Public statistics show aggregate activity; personal collections, orders, and internal support notes are governed by access controls. We do not claim ownership of your original AI inputs or outputs merely because a Skill was used.

Third-party services and results

Google sign-in, Cloudflare hosting, AI tools, linked websites, and separately licensed assets are third-party services or materials with their own terms. A link or supported-tool label does not imply affiliation or endorsement. You are responsible for choosing tools and reviewing their terms, costs, and data handling.

AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review results and obtain appropriate professional advice where your task requires it. A Skill does not replace qualified judgment or guarantee legal, financial, medical, or other professional outcomes.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, or discontinue features and withdraw a package where needed for rights, security, or technical reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of every version, or a particular future feature. Where a change materially affects paid services, we will provide notice and any remedies required by applicable law.

Material changes to these terms will be published with an updated date and appropriate notice. Changes to already acquired package rights are subject to the Skill Use License and applicable law; publishing a new page does not automatically remove an earlier granted license.

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and packages are provided as available without a promise that they will meet every purpose, be error-free, or produce a specific result. You are responsible for decisions based on outputs, your own inputs, and your authorized use of third-party tools. We remain responsible for obligations and liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of mandatory consumer protections.

You may stop using the service and sign out at any time. Account closure or data requests currently go through support as described at https://freeskill.cc/privacy; signing out or revoking Google authorization does not automatically erase stored records.
