Customer Feedback Synthesis

Group supplied feedback into evidence-backed themes and separate user problems, feature requests, and possible next experiments.

Usage instructions

Inputs: An anonymized feedback export, collection period, customer segments if supplied, and the product decision being considered.

Example request: Synthesize this anonymized feedback export into themes. Count unique entries, identify the most severe user problems, and propose two testable improvements.

Workflow:
1. Remove unnecessary personal identifiers from the working summary. Preserve source row identifiers for traceability.
2. Classify each entry as problem, request, praise, or unclear; allow multiple themes without counting the same entry twice per theme.
3. Group by underlying user problem, report unique-entry counts, and keep representative quotes short and anonymous.
4. Separate frequency from severity and identify segment or collection biases before recommending priorities.
5. Return references/synthesis-template.md with traceable themes, unresolved questions, and experiments that could test the proposed solutions.

Quality checks: No fabricated feedback or percentage denominators. Do not treat repeated messages from one customer as separate customers. Never expose personal email or account identifiers in presentation output.

Dependencies

No runtime dependencies. Reading local files is required; browser or spreadsheet access is optional where stated in the workflow.

Installation

  1. Download and inspect the ZIP package. It contains instructions and a reference template; no executable installer is included.

  3. Check that SKILL.md sits directly inside the Skill directory. Restart or reload your agent if needed for discovery.
  4. Invoke skillstore-feedback-synthesis with the inputs listed in the usage instructions. Review the generated deliverable against the included quality checks.
