Client Deck Outline
Build a decision-focused slide outline from a client brief, with evidence, speaker notes, and a clear recommendation.
Usage instructions
Inputs: Client decision, audience, desired outcome, available research, slide limit, and presentation length.
Example request: Outline an eight-slide client deck proposing a new onboarding flow. Use only this research summary and include a decision slide and next steps.
Workflow:
1. State the decision the audience needs to make and the evidence supplied for it.
2. Order the narrative: situation, problem, options, recommendation, implementation, risks, next action.
3. Create one slide per argument with a takeaway title, essential evidence, suggested visual, and speaker notes.
4. Estimate time allocation and reduce detail until the outline fits the supplied presentation length.
5. Use references/deck-template.md. Identify missing sources and separate appendix material from the main story.
Quality checks: One idea per slide. Do not invent market sizes, quotes, client commitments, or financial projections. Clearly label assumptions and source each factual chart.
Dependencies
No runtime dependencies. Reading local files is required; browser or spreadsheet access is optional where stated in the workflow.
